Board of Director Fundraising Training

Executive Directors, Board Chairs, & Fundraising Officers:
Transform good Board members into great fundraisers!

Description: Introduction to

How Good Board Members Become Great Fundraisers

Board members, who successfully fund raise, have one thing in common: the ability to align to a shared "BIG" vision and overcome the challenges that stops most volunteers. This requires helping them connect to the staff, clients served, and major investors (donors/sponsors/partners).  When board members can properly articulate the organization's value and differentiation points, the result is creative problem solving, improved collaboration, consistent messaging, and revenue growth.   Survey after survey reports that board members have two common complaints, "misunderstood expectations, "and "not enough fundraising training."
